Report: NFL may redefine what TD celebrations are excessive

The NFL is reportedly looking into the kinds of touchdown celebrations they deem excessive. According to NBC Sports, the league is set to produce a compilation video of player celebrations to be reviewed by the Competition Committee in the offseason. The report comes during a season in which taunting penalties increased by 220 percent when compared to the first four weeks of 2015. Players, like Steelers' receiver Antonio Brown, have already been fined tens of thousands of dollars.
