Kanye West visits Trump at Trump Tower after hospital release

Kanye West stopped by Trump Tower during his visit to New York to meet with President-elect Donald Trump, who he endorsed during a concert. When asked by the press what they discussed, Trump responded, “Just friends and he’s a good man. We’ve been friends for a long time.” Their impromptu meeting comes only two weeks after West was released from the hospital. West was the one who reportedly requested the meeting, and Trump agreed. There's been speculation surrounding whether or not the 39-year-old rapper will be performing at Trump's inauguration.
