Real Or Fake? Man Buries Himself Alive

Now this is pretty bewildering! YouTuber, Kill'em FTW builds himself a coffin (out of a cardboard box), digs a hole in the ground, and has his girlfriend bury him. He emerges breathless and thankful to be alive. This all seems a bit unsettling, what do you think?
