Ground beef 1lb. Ground pork ½ cup Bredcrumbs ½ cup Parmesan 1/3 cup Parsley 4 Minced garlic cloves 1 Minced onion Salt Pepper 2 Eggs Sub rolls Marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese Steps: Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic cloves, onion, salt, pepper and eggs in a bowl thoroughly Separate into individual meatballs Place in an oven pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes Add meatballs to a pot of heated marinara sauce, and stir for about 5 minutes Place meatballs into sub rolls, and cover with marinara sauce and mozzarella Toast at 400 degrees for 5 minutes Top with garnish of your choice and ENJOY!
