People charged 20 dollars to cross road in Jamaica

Footage, filmed in Jamaica last week, of a group of guys charging people 20 Jamaican dollars to cross a flooded road, after they laid wooden boards across the gushing water.
According to the filmer, school children were allowed to cross for free as the men set the make-shift bridge up near a school.
She later wrote online: "It was raining heavily Downtown Kingston and a few men decided to place boards over the heavy water rushing the streets.
"They allowed adults to cross with the payment of $20jmd and school childrenow were allowed to cross for free."
