'Moonlight' wins big at Gotham Awards, wins best film

"Moonlight," the story of a gay black man a different stages in his life, swept the board away at the Gotham Awards in New York City. The drama, directed by Barry Jenkins, landed four prizes, including best screenplay, best ensemble, the audience award, and best feature film. "When I made this film, I thought five people would watch it," Jenkins said While "Moonlight" is a low budget film, the movie has already garnered $8.5 million, making it one of the year's biggest indie hits.
