SRK starrer Chennai Express writer K Subhash passes away

Notable director, writer and producer K Subhash, best known for penning superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chennai Express has passed away today in Chennai. He was suffering from Kidney failure and was on dialysis for the last few years. With a brilliant experience in the field of filmmaking, Subash first started his career as an assistant director to Mani Ratnam in Naayagan, and a year later he made his directorial debut with Prabhu-starrer “Kaliyugam”. The last rites of Subhash will take place on Wednesday.
