2014 yılının Ocak ayında Numan Kılıç'ın bir süredir üzerinde çalıştığı materyalle beraber Karcan Ural ile iletişime geçmesiyle Agency'nin oluşum süreci başladı.
Bir ay kadar beraber çalışan ikiliye Şubat ayında Mert Akgül katıldı. Eylül ayına kadar farklı birkaç müzisyen ile daha çalışan Agency'ye performans ve provalara katılmak üzere Ahmet Sercan Sağman ve Eren Can Temel dahil oldu.
İngilizce sözlü müzik yapmakta olan Agency'nin çıkış single'ı "Strawberries in a Gunfight" Aralık 2014'te müzikseverlerin beğenisine sunuldu.

Agency was formed in January 2014, after Numan Kılıç contacted Karcan Ural with the material he'd been working on for a while.
Mert Akgül joined the band in February. The trio worked with several session musicians until finally Ahmet Sercan Sağman and Eren Can Temel joined them to perform on stage and in the studio.
Their debut single "Strawberries in a Gunfight" was released in December 2014.
