NYC plan for Trump Tower security, traffic revealed

Mayor Bill de Blasio, along with local and federal law enforcement officials on Friday laid out a plan to address security, traffic and congestion surrounding Trump Tower, as well as hundreds of other New Yorkers, retailers and businesses. Police Commissioner James O’Neill said there is a long-term plan for New Yorkers navigating congestion around the president-elect’s home on Fifth Avenue. O'Neill said. Bill de Blasio also implored people not to bring cars into the city during the holidays.
