Owner frees sheep after it got stuck in mud

A heartwarming video has emerged from the US of a sheep stuck in the mud of a shrinking pond being rescued by its owner.
The footage, shot on Saturday in Tennessee, shows the man managing to pull the sheep out of the mud, after making a great effort digging around the animal.
''One of our sheep got stuck in the mud of a shrinking pond caused by the drought in East Tennessee,'' the man's wife later wrote online.
''He dug around her with a shovel and used boards to help her gain a footing and finally ended up pulling her out of the mud with a lot of effort by standing in the hole with her,'' she added.
