ETS GT-R U.S. RECORD - 7.32 @ 196 MPH!!

The U.S. GT-R 1/4 mile E/T record has changed hands ONCE AGAIN! First it was Alpha Omega, then Extreme Turbo Systems, then T1 Race, and now it’s BACK to Extreme Turbo Systems! Ripping through the quarter mile with a time of 7.32 @ 196 MPH, the overall world record is becoming closer and closer to a reality! The main difference between the Ekanoo Racing GT-R and these stateside cars is the fact that these cars are full weight street cars! No plexiglass, no overboard race car bits, these are truly streetable cars! Unfortunately, the car lifted a head at the end of the video at 60 pounds of boost right when Lucas pulled the chute. Extreme Turbo Systems plans to add methanol injection to prevent this from happening in the future!
