President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly considering nominating Texas Senator Ted Cruz to serve as U.S. attorney general. Cruz, 45, attended meetings at Trump Tower on Tuesday, but it was unclear on what matter he spoke with Trump. The Republican senator told reporters that "election was a mandate for change" and that it was time for Republicans to deliver results. "Very organized process taking place as I decide on Cabinet and many other positions. I am the only one who knows who the finalists are!" Trump tweeted later that evening.
