Celebrity, screenings seek to raise diabetes awareness in France

For outsiders who've come to associate France with healthy eating, it may come as a surprise that 3.5 million French people suffer from diabetes. With some 700,000 French people estimated to have diabetes without knowing it, new detection technology and a celebrity champion are fighting to raise awareness of the disease.
