US election 2016: Why is North Carolina important?

In 2004, George W Bush won North Carolina by 13 points but just four years later Barack Obama carried it by the thinnest of margins: 14,000 votes out of more than 4 million cast. Al Jazeera's Heidi Zhou Castro reports from Charlotte.
