Voters can legalize marijuana for millions across U.S.

Voters in nine states will have the opportunity to legalize marijuana for medicinal or recreational use.
Five states, including Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts and Nevada, all have marijuana legalization initiatives on the ballot.
If these five states all legalize recreational marijuana, it would be a turning point for millions of Americans.
Four states have already taken this step to end the marijuana prohibition.
