US election 2016: Voters' voices

Observers predict the 2016 White House race will go down in history as the most polarized ever. Scandals tainted the campaigns of each party's nominee, and supporters on both sides were quick to attack the opposition. Most unusual of all, 2016 will go down as the year when many voters believed neither candidate was fit for the presidency. AFP looks back at what voters had to say throughout the race.
