Trump suggests supporters vote twice in 'rigged' election

Donald Trump continues to fan the flames regarding what he calls a "rigged" presidential election. Over the week, the GOP nominee suggested to a group of supporters in Colorado that they vote twice. "Who here has sent in their ballot? When you send your ballot in, do you think it's properly counted?" According to the Colorado Secretary of State's office, once a voting official has received a ballot, a voter cannot change their vote. There was one case of voter fraud over the weekend by a Trump supporter in Iowa, the Washington Post reports.
