Report: Biden on top of Clinton's short list for Secretary of State

Vice President Joe Biden's name has been mentioned, among others, as a potential choice for Secretary of State in a would-be Hillary Clinton administration, Politico first reported.
"He'd be great, and they are spending a lot of time figuring out the best way to try to persuade him to do it if she wins," a source familiar with the transition team’s plans told Politico.
The vice president, who chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee before joining the administration, is one of the most experienced and respected Democrats on the world stage.
