Semolina Cake is quite impressive and delicious cake. Combination of semolina, almond and syrup make it a moist cake to serve with evening tea and breakfast.
Ingredients اجزاء
Semolina 2½ cups سوجی 2½ کپ
Butter 250 grams مکھن 250 گرام
Castor Sugar 300 grams کاسٹر شوگر300 گرام
Almonds peeled & ground 8 tbsp بادام چھلے اور پسے 8 ٹیبل سپون
4 eggs انڈے 4 عدد
Baking powder 1½ tbsp بیکنگ پاؤڈر 1½ ٹیبل سپون
Lemon zest 2 tbsp لیمن زیسٹ 2 ٹیبل سپون
Almond essence some drops آلمنڈ ایسنس چند قطرے
Milk 4 tbsp دُودھ 4 ٹیبل سپون
For syrup شیرہ بنانے کیلئے
Sugar 1 cup شکر 1 کپ
Water 1 cup پانی 1 کپ
Rose water 2 tbsp عرق گلاب 2 ٹیبل سپون
