JOAQUIN PHOENIX: QUITE THE 'GANGSTA'?

It's always good to see our beloved celebrities show us thier hidden talents we didnt know we wanted to see.
Our very own Nadine Coyle has made the big move across the pond to LA in an attempt to start some sort of acting career leaving Girls Aloud not so, well... loud. Indeed, the least favorite member of the group is hoping to move effortlessly from the music industry into the movie industry and she's not the only one who fancys a change. 'Walk the Line' star Joaquin Phoenix is hoping to follow his dreams and cross over into music. And who could blame him, after all he did sing all the songs in 'Walk the Line' with surprising accruacy and skill so I suppose it should come as no surprise that he wants to move into music and become...a rapper?!
Yes thats right, whilst we're watching him through our fingers,cringing at every beat, Joaquin is out there doing his own 8 mile, only with less tattoos and more facial hair. No word yet on whether DRE wants to work with him but I'm sure he would jump at the chance. I mean look at what he did with Eminem and the similarities between him and Joaquin are endless. They're both white, they have both done films, both are American...they both er...umm...errr....
