Man steals police officer's phone in police station

Footage has emerged of a man stealing a police officer's phone in a police station in China.
In the CCTV video, captured in Shanghai last Wednesday, a man can be seen unplugging a phone on a table and putting in his pocket.
He then tries to leave but cannot open the office door and throws the phone onto the sofa.
According to local reports, the man went to the police station to complain about his recruitment agency and was turned down.
He reportedly decided to steal the officer's phone in order to make up for his loss.
The man was arrested for suspected theft.
