The fall is the time of olive harvest in Palestine. the harvest season starts on September 27, and continues for another few weeks. Olive harvest is a source of hope for a good income and is also a festive occasion for Palestinian families to gather on their farms and share time together picking olives, and sorting them on plastic sheets.
