Report: Jets name Geno Smith starting QB for Sunday's game against Ravens

ESPN is reporting that the New York Jets will bench veteran Ryan Fitzpatrick in favor of Geno Smith for Sunday's game against the Ravens. The Jets have been spiraling downward ever since a week two win over the Bills and are now 1-5. A 32-ranked offense and redzone TD percentage made it easier for the Jets to make the move. Smith came into last Monday night's game against the Cardinals and made some nice throws, but also coughed up the ball and threw an interception.
