Bone expander kit is an alternative to osteotomes for the expansion and condensing of the atrophic mandible and maxilla in preparation for dental implant insertions.
1- Improve stability, maintain bone density and increase fixation.
2- Use with ratchet wrench or low speed handpiece.
3- Contains 5 bone expander drills (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5mm), 1 ratchet wrench, 1 guide drill, 1 adapter, 1 saw disk.
