Sarge is off to one of the scariest lands on earth dressed as a monster! He's off to a circus right of every preschoolers nightmare. It has all the scary clowns and jokers we kids are afraid of. The police car celebrates Halloween with scary toys and songs for kids where we go on an adventure to escape ghosts, cartoon monsters and more! All of this in the comfort of our homes with mommy and daddy right by our side.
