1: The 1952 Washington D.C. UFO Incident - july 19 - 27

Also known as the Washington flap, the Washington National Airport Sightings, or the Invasion of Washington, was a series of unidentified flying object reports from July 12 to July 29, 1952, over Washington, D.C. The most publicized sightings took place on consecutive weekends, July 19–20 and July 26–27. UFO historian Curtis Peebles called the incident "the climax of the 1952 UFO flap" -
Statistically speaking - the 1952 Flying Saucer flap was one of the largest in the United States. "Never before or after did Project Blue Book and the Air Force undergo such a tidal wave of [UFO] reports.
The peak month in 1952 was July. A month of 55 “unidentified” cases (more in total than in many other years).
Sightings occurred across much of the United States and close to U.S. military installations in Korea, Japan, Greenland, Newfoundland and (then) West Germany. Many of these reports came from military fighter pilots. There was also a major UFO flap during Operation Mainbrace, a series of NATO military exercises happening in Europe during September of 1952.
However the events that have always been the focus of the 1952 Flying Saucer wave were the two July weekends of major UFO sightings when unidentified flying objects supposedly buzzed Capitol Hill , the White House and the Pentagon. This was also the first time that the US Air Force had confirmed visual sightings of unidentified objects had also been tracked by radar.
2: Nasa STS-48 - september 15 - 1991:

STS stands for Space Transportation System and is a code-prefix attached to each space shuttle mission. Each mission flown by space shuttles had its unique STS code. Initially, the mission were given sequential numbers, beginning with the STS-1 for Columbia first flight of April 12, 1981.
STS-48 was a Space Shuttle mission that launched on 12 September 1991, from Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The orbiter was Space Shuttle Discovery. The primary payload was the Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite.
3: Nasa STS-80 - november 19 - 1996:

STS-80 was a Columbia mission. The shuttle took off on November 19, 1996 from Kennedy Space Center as the last of three missions
to deploy the Wake Shield Facility – an experimental science platform that was placed in low Earth orbit.
Footage captured during Space Shuttle Discovery orbital mission is described as one of “the most bizarre and baffling UFO footage” ever.
The events that unfolded during the STS-80 flight place its mission among one of the strangest. On-board optical instruments recorded a lot of unexplained activity in direct proximity of the shuttle that NASA would later reduce to ice crystals, space junk and debris flying around.
4: Phoenix Lights - 13 march - 1997:

The Phoenix Lights (also identified as "Lights over Phoenix") was an alleged UFO sighting which occurred in Phoenix, Arizona, and Sonora, Mexico on Thursday, March 13, 1997.
Lights of varying descriptions were reported by thousands of people in a space of about 300 miles (480 km), from the Nevada line, through Phoenix, to the edge of Tucson.
There were allegedly two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area.

According to information & webcam footage made available on April 3, 2011, UFOs were unmistakably at the scene of a volcanic eruption in Japan.
