At the time of Mahdi, with the holy light of faith all around, the hypocrites will be spiritually overpowered

ADNAN OKTAR: Fully identifying the hypocrites will deny the hypocrites of any possible opportunity to act during the reign of Islam in the era of the Mahdi movement. We are currently preparing for that. Full exposition of the hypocrites, their fall from grace and virtually making the life a living nightmare for them will all happen in the era of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Thus, hypocrites will abandon their hypocritical characteristics and creating discord. For this reason, there will be no sign of discord in the era of Mahdi (as). It does not mean there will not be any hypocrisy, there will be; but they will not be able to act and we will not see any sign of it in the era of Hazrat Mahdi (as). Because their hypocrisy will be as clear as day, and whoever looks at them will immediately realize that they are a hypocrite. And hypocrites will basically be paralyzed from the fear of being exposed. However right now, they can turn a deaf ear or a blind eye, or do something else about it. But when the reign of Islam is established over the world, hypocrites will no longer be able to do so. For that reason, we are laying the groundwork in advance to facilitate Hazrat Mahdi’s (as) work. We are making preparations so that there will be no hypocrites left in opposition to Hazrat Mahdi (as) when he arrives. What does Said Nursi say? "Mahdi will disperse and eliminate the hypocrisy movement." That will be the principal duty of Hazrat Mahdi (as), eliminating the hypocrisy movement. And an extensive preparation is required for this. We need to continuously remind people, keep the subject on the agenda and we do this with books, CDs, and articles. Because wherever a hypocrite goes, he will encounter with signs of hypocrisy. For example when he turns on the television, he will see the signs of hypocrisy displayed, when he listens to radio he will hear the signs of hypocrisy, when he goes on the internet he will see the explanations of the signs of hypocrisy, there will be no place for him to run away. When he joins a conversation he will again hear the signs there too, therefore these foul creatures will be wiped from the face of the earth. In the end, they will become harmless to Muslims. This is what will happen in the End Times. Otherwise, it does not mean there will not be any hypocrites. Since the hypocrites are not fully identified and exposed right now, they can go wherever they want in the Islamic world and carry out their vile deeds; even though they are depicted in the Quran, people are not aware of their signs in the daily life. For example, people might think someone is a great scholar, but in reality, that scholar is a hypocrite. They call someone a great scholar who is an interpreter of Islamic law, but they cannot realize that he is in fact a hypocrite.
