The Coalition to Save Harlem continues its campaign by educating Harlem residents of the growing threat of gentrification and displacement. In it's second Town Hall Meeting held at the Oberia Dempsey Center,growing opposition reflects community attitudes of the 125th Street rezoning plan by NYC Planning board and a proposed land expansion by Columbia University, for a bio-hazzard research laboratory.
