Snapchat is preparing for IPO at a $25 billion valuation: report

Snap Inc. is working on an initial public offering that could value the popular virtual-messaging company at $25 billion or more, in what would be one of the highest-profile debuts in years. the company said in an emailed statement. It was reported last month that Snapchat had been talking to investment bankers about an IPO towards the end of this year or early in 2017.
