[] Right, but my point is that they could've donated $98 and saved $2, instead of donating $100 and getting $1. In both cases the charity gets $98, but in one you get an extra dollar. Isn't this whole post about getting that extra dollar?

[] As soon as the author started bitching about a district in Miami changing to being "artsy" and "gentrified" like it was a bad thing I knew their opinion was worthless. Look, it's not my thing either but honestly should anyone give a quarter of a fuck if the author has had enough of their hobby?

[] I work at a custard place and we make all of our custard in the store. We have a machine up front that runs the custard usually for about 3 hours in the morning, and another hour or two at night. In front of the machine is a chest freezer where we put the containers in which we scoop the custard from. While we make it, the custard just falls into the containers in the freezer.
About once a week we get one or more of the following:
"Hey! Your ice cream is falling into the freezer!"
"Do you have soft serve?" "No, sorry it's all scooped. It's still really soft!" "That looks like soft serve" "Well it's not."
"The chocolate ice cream looks like poo"
[] There once was a man from Nantucket ..
[] Within 3 generations you and your neighbours have had time to create your own self-sustaining minority community though.
You could be a child born in the UK to Pakistani parents and if you were in the right area you could grow up with only other Pakistani families for streets and streets in every direction, go to a Pakistani Islamic school, marry a Pakistani-British girl and get a job in a Pakistani-run company. At no point do you really have to spend any significant time with native-native British people unless you go to university or something.
[] Exactly. Things like free internet are paramount in some people's minds.
[] Oh yeah, don't get me wrong I still love the show. It's just really frustrating to watch the later seasons because of how drastically some characters change from episode to episode.

[] Dry makes you feel like your lungs are getting grilled, wet makes them feel like getting cooked. I love both though.
