Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos holds an emergency meeting with leaders of the country's political parties to try to chart a way forward after the shock referendum defeat of a peace deal with the FARC. In a televised address, Santos says that he has asked the chief negotiator, foreign minister and defense minister to begin discussions "addressing all the necessary issues" to reach an agreement and "realize the dream of every Colombian to end the war with the FARC."
