i'm deborah Dozier and i'm from pflugerville texas i got set up with Boldleads about a year and four months ago and has been the most successful advertising that I've spent my money on. I've had 18 closed transactions i have five listings on the board right now
working with several buyers. Over the 20 years I've been an agent I've tried a lot of different advertising most of it was doing mail-outs where your melon postcards. With boldleads the minute you sign up you start getting leads and when you get those leads you got a telephone numbers emails addresses you start working those leads right away.
you're not just sitting there waiting for somebody calling you can actually start taking action.
well I love about boldleads like having your own personal assistant because the automated emails just go out when I'm out of the office and i'm working the other needs doing listing presentations taking pictures or whatever and you doing because agents are always so busy. I use a follow up system, the follow up system have the automated free calling evaluation. it seems to value that gives us your email address and just curious
about their home's value and then after we sing of the free home evaluation i made system continues to ask them questions about their home upgrades.
so while I've been out working one of three monthly get back to the office to check my emails and then already have known for appointment to go.
Now my recommendations to new agent would be most definitely start with one, two, three months leeds because they're so hot. Those people are so serious so if you get on this right away you're gonna get on the wisdom. if you're an agent considering boldleads that's a great way to never run out of prospecting leads andit will boost your business.
