It was a moment that 65-year-old Gurpreet Singh, a resident of Ropar in Punjab, was waiting to see in his lifetime. A dream woven almost 25 years ago came alive when his ''darshani gilaaf'' adorned the 94-feet mast called Jhandaji during the annual Jhanda Mela organised to commemorate the 368th birth anniversary of Guru Ram Rai here today.
