Patna's disabled guy achieved his 'Mission Impossible' in 23 minutes

Overcoming his physical limitations caused due to polio, Suman Ranjit Singh of Patna climbed down the 71m high Biscomaun tower with the help of ropes amid patriotic songs and slogans. On his 41st birthday on Sunday, he completed this herculean task in 23 minutes.
