NEWS: Nazir: New National Consultative Council should come under Rulers Council

Banker Datuk Seri Nazir Razak reiterates his call for a second National Consultative Council to discuss sensitive issues that range from the state of the education system, affirmative action, the role of religion in national life and issues of corruption. He suggests that the council be placed under the Rulers Council to ensure its independence.
