Bihar's longest flyover is now open

Bihar's state capital Patna has got a new flyover. Bailey Road flyover inaugurated by state's CM Nitish Kumar on Tuesday is 2.9 KM long and has the distinction of being Bihar's longest flyover. The construction started in the year 2012 and has been completed at an estimated cost of Rs 300 crore. The flyover between J.D Women's college, Golf Club and Jagdeo Path is expected to lessen traffic burden. Now people from different parts of city can reach Danapur in half an hour. It will now be also easier for people to reach Patna Junction from areas such as Danapur, Saguna Modh, Gol Road, Jagdev Path, Deegah, Aashiyana, etc.
