कानपुर के श्यामनगर इलाके में रहने वाली टीवी एक्ट्रेस रिचा दीक्षित के घर में परसों रात चोरों ने करीब 50 लाख के सामान पर हाथ साफ कर दिया। सीआइडी, क्राइम पेट्रोल, सावधान इंडिया आदि कई सीरियल में काम कर चुकीं रिचा की 11 जुलाई को सगाई हुई थी। जिसके लिए रिचा परिवार के साथ मुंबई गईं थीं। रिचा के सगाई कार्यक्रम के बाद परिवार के लोग राजस्थान कोटा में रहने वाले बेटे के घर गये थे। इसी बीच श्यामनगर में उनके आवास से चोरों ने ताला तोड़कर करीब 50 लाख रुपये का सामान, जेवर तथा नकदी पार कर दी। श्याम नगर के रामपुरम् में रहने वाले निरंजन दीक्षित उन्नाव में आपूर्ति विभाग में लिपिक के पद पर तैनात हैं। उनकी बेटी रिचा दीक्षित टीवी एक्ट्रेस है। शहर से बाहर जाने से पहले घर की देखरेख के लिए वह पड़ोसी बीके शुक्ल को चाबियां दे गये थे।
