Iowa man busted for measuring himself with a cardboard ruler

IOWA CITY, IOWA — A man was arrested, recently, for measuring his penis in a public space.
The man, 42-year-old Thomas Morgan, was caught at the library at the University of Iowa doing more than just a little reading.
Morgan was in the public restroom using a urinal when he turned to the person next to him and showed his erect penis. Morgan then proceeded to measure his unit with a cardboard ruler and made remarks about his penis size.
The victim of the exposure told police that on top of the two of the urinals were other cardboard rulers with black sharpie markings.
Morgan admitted to measuring himself but denied being aroused. He said he was curious.
Morgan was booked for indecent exposure.
