The Nutshack Episode 10 (Clip 5 of 6)
In this clip from "The Nutshack," one of the team’s favorite episodes, “Blackapino” is inspired by creator Ramon Lopez’s experience in his neighborhood. Jesse Hernandez further explains his affinity to the episode is also due to it having the most hip-hop influences and the hilarity of Jack’s desperation to become black.
The “Nutshack” is the first adult Filipino-American animated comedy series that follows the adventures of cousins, Bay Area-born Phil & Jackson, who is fresh off the boat from the Philippines.
