NEWS: Perak Transit to raise RM36.75mil via IPO

Integrated bus operator Perak Transit Bhd is looking to raise RM36.75 million via an IPO on the ACE Market. Proceeds will be used to expand its terminal in Ipoh and construct a new terminal in Kampar, said its chairman Tan Sri Chang Ko Youn.
