'American Idol' fans wipe those tears, series creator Simon Fuller hinted at a 2018 comeback. Fuller insinuated the return while accepting a special Governors Award at the Creative Arts Emmys. Simon Fuller Pulling at our heartstrings, Fuller later shared that he was simply "being mischievous."
