The Indianapolis Colts are headed to the road to meet the Denver Broncos in a week two NFL pro football game set for Sunday.

Notes: Indianapolis is 0-1 on the campaign with the 39-35 home defeat to the Detroit Lions as a -2 ½ point favorite. The game flew over the total of 51 points. The Colts 21-3 the rallied for a 35-34 lead on an Andrew Luck touchdown pass with 37 seconds left. But the Colts defense allowed a game winning 43 yard field goal with four seconds left in defeat. It was a poor performance by the Indianapolis defense as they gave up 448 offensive yards with 340 yards passing and three touchdowns throws to Matthew Stafford. Each team went 4 of 4 inside the red zone. Andrew Luck put up good numbers completing 31 of 47 passes for 385 yards with four touchdowns.

Denver is 1-0 on the year with the 21-20 home victory to the Carolina Panthers as a +3 point underdog. The total went over 40 ½ points. Down 10 going into the fourth quarter the Broncos scored 14 unanswered points to take a 21-17 lead. The Panthers chipped at it to make it 21-20 with over four minutes late but missed a long field goal as time ran out in defeat. Denver had a good run game going with 148 yards on the ground against a good defensive team. Trevor Siemian hit on 18 of 26 passes for 178 yards with a touchdown and two picks. Denver did give up 157 yards rushing to the Panthers but held Cam Newton to 194 yards passing.
