GM recalls 4.3M vehicles globally for air bag issue

General Motors announced a recall Friday on 3.64 million 2014-17 model-year vehicles in the U.S. for a software issue that may prevent front air bags from deploying. One death is already linked to the massive recall, which includes nearly 4.3 million vehicles globally. The recall covers certain models of vehicles like Cadillac Escalades, Chevrolet Corvettes and GMC Yukons.
