The flag that was hoisted above the rubble of the World Trade Center hours after the terror attacks of 9/11 immediately became a symbol of hope and resilience after it was photographed by Thomas Franklin. After being missing for 15 years, the flag officially returns to the New York where it will remain on display in the National September 11 Memorial Museum.
