Bizarre footage of an alleged bike thief returning to the scene of the crime to swap a stolen bike for a better one, reportedly because the saddle on the first one was uncomfortable.

The CCTV video, filmed in Shanghai last Sunday, shows the man leaving the first bike on the side of the road before breaking the lock of another bike and riding it away.

According to local reports, the bike the man returned was stolen by him earlier.

He has now been arrested.
