During a recent Facebook Live interview with Poppy Harlow of CNN, Schultz voiced his support for Hillary Clinton.
Due to the CEO’s history of being rather vocal when it comes to politics, some are bewildered as to why he didn’t speak up sooner.
Though he has taken his time in backing a candidate, Schultz has made comments about the election process in general.
In February when speaking at a Nevada roasting plant, he said, “I think it’s turned into something none of us has ever seen before, which I would label as almost a circus of yelling bombastic attacks, of a lack of respect, of a lack of dignity.”
