American swimmer Ryan Lochte was on Good Morning America Tuesday to discuss his run-in with the law down in Brazil. Lochte originally told Brazilian authorities that a gun had been cocked and pointed at his forehead after an altercation at a gas station. However, security video suggested both he, and his four teammates, actually faced security guards after vandalizing a gas station restroom. Brazilian authorities have since charged Lochte with making a false police report.
