Kakul who is the younger daughter of a Bihari politician Om Shankar. She attends her friend's wedding in Mumbai where she meets a Mumbai resident, Sammaan, the son of an affluent businessman Amarnath Chowdharry. Sammaan flirts incorrigibly with Kakul at the wedding. Kakul, a simple girl at heart, is attracted to Sammaan and falls for his charms not realizing that he is merely indulging in idle flirtation to pass the time pleasantly in the company of a good-looking young woman.
