For the second straight year, Steelers' running back Le'Veon Bell has seen a suspension reduced before the regular season. Originally a four-game suspension, the Pro Bowler will now only miss three games, the league announced Friday. Bell missed several drug tests, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport previously reported. Backup DeAngelo Williams looks to start in his place.
