Jesus Acevedo recently filmed this remarkable scene at the United States-Mexico border, where a man attempted to cut in front of the car next to him and went to extreme measures when his frustrations took over. The individual is seen stepping out of his car and casually standing in front of the other, as the car begins to move. He then sat on the driver’s bonnet while the vehicle was in motion.
